• DIGITALLY SHAPE YOUR FUTURE

    Start your Journey here !!!

Indian Institute of Technology Madras & NSDC (National Skill Development  Corporation) in association with Autodesk, academic & industry partners invites student teams from mechanical engineering & related disciplines to design a vehicle (two, three or four wheelers).

The event is intended to stimulate creativity, intellectual, and develop technical presentation skills, collaboration, and team-building in a 3D design project. Student team should use simpler and cheaper component materials to design a futuristic or innovative foldable / transformable vehicle using Autodesk products, specifically Autodesk® Inventor and Autodesk® Showcase software.

In India transport needs are growing at phenomenal rate and at the same time fuel prices are rising and available road space for vehicles is reducing. There needs to be a low cost personal transport solution that could address these issues. You should consider
    a) Transformability,
    b) Foldability or
    c) Modularity.

The innovative vehicle can be 2 wheeler or 3 Wheeler or 4 Wheeler.

Student teams from multi-disciplines can contribute new ideas to this design challenge using Digitally Prototyping concept.

Student teams (minimum 2 students or maximum 3 students per team) from India are invited to submit innovative and sustainable designs for judging by jury of professionals.

Autodesk & NSDC will be conducting one day workshop & webinar to the teams who have registered to participate in the competition.
